How Our Dream Resort-Style Training Program Came to Life!
At Lash and Brow Academy, our founder, Kat, always believed that learning about beauty should be exciting and inspiring. She envisioned a special place where beauty enthusiasts could come together to learn, relax, and grow their skills. That’s how the idea for our “Resort-style beauty training program” was born.
On a training trip to Auckland, one of the biggest most sought after cities in New Zealand, Kat booked out a beautiful 3 story luxury style AirBnB to train from. Students who attended it loved it and mentioned how much they would have loved the extra time after training to get to know us better and what it took from us to get to where we are today.
Excited by the thought, Kat reached out to her talented head trainers, Lucinda and Shelby, to share her dream. With their combined expertise, Lucinda—who has a wealth of experience in the beauty industry—and Shelby, known for her creative teaching style, were eager to help turn this dream into a reality. Together, they began planning a “3-day resort-style training program” that would be truly unforgettable.
