• The student must be enrolled in the "Seriously Invested" level program.

• The student must be enrolled in a cosmetic tattooing course.

• Completion and certification of your course.

• Demonstration of efforts to promote your business through various marketing avenues, including but not limited to social media accounts, posting in local Facebook groups, networking, running facebook and google adds, have a working website in order to create relevant methods to build a clientele. We will provide a full guideline on this once requested.

• Reaching out to the L & BA trainers for additional support and guidance on ways to find clients and increase revenue.

• Charging appropriate rates for services offered at a minimum of $500 per cosmetic treatment.

• Provision of professional services with appropriate follow-up and engagement with clients.

Refund Process:

• If you meet the eligibility criteria and do not make your money back within one month after completing and being certified for your course, you may request a full refund of the course fee.

• Requests for refunds must be made in writing to Lash and Brow Academy and sent to hello@lashandbrowacademy.com.au within 30 days of the course completion date.

• Refunds will be processed within [30] days upon approval of your request.

Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover:

• Costs associated with program subscriptions or other services provided by the Academy.

• Situations where the participant has not made sufficient effort to promote their business, seek additional guidance or support, charge appropriate rates per service or provide professional services as outlined in the eligibility criteria.

Decision: L&BA reserves the right to make the final decision regarding eligibility for the refund under this guarantee. This decision will be based on the assessment of the participant's compliance with the eligibility criteria outlined above.

Limitations: This guarantee is valid for one month after the completion and certification of your course. After this period, no refund requests under this guarantee will be considered.

Additional Terms:

• L&BA may request evidence of marketing efforts and client engagement to assess eligibility for the guarantee.

• The guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the individual who completed the course.

• Any disputes regarding eligibility or refund decisions will be resolved at the discretion of Lash and Brow Academy.

Eligibility Criteria:

• The student must be enrolled in the "Seriously Invested" level program.

• All pre-training, practice (if applicable), and theory assessments must be successfully completed prior to scheduled in-class assessment days.

• The guarantee refers to the student scheduling back-to-back assessment days in-salon with the trainer within the 48-hour timeframe.

• All model spots required across the two assessment days must be booked in advance.

• This criteria does not apply to cosmetic tattooing courses where live models are completed across 3 days, or to any bundle course where the model days exceed the 48-hour timeframe.

Guarantee Details:

• If the student meets all eligibility criteria and does not become qualified within the specified 48-hour timeframe, they may request a resolution determined by L&BA.

• Resolution options may include additional training sessions and extended support.

• Requests for resolution must be submitted in writing to Lash & Brow Academy within 7 days of the completion of the 48-hour period.

  Exclusions:

• This guarantee does not cover delays or failures due to reasons beyond the student's control, including but not limited to personal emergencies, technical difficulties, or acts of nature.

• Courses involving cosmetic tattooing or bundle courses with model days exceeding the 48-hour timeframe are exempt from this guarantee.

  Decision:

• L&BA reserves the right to make the final decision regarding eligibility for the guarantee and any related resolutions.

• The decision will be based on the assessment of the student's compliance with the eligibility criteria outlined above.

  Additional Terms:

• The student may be required to provide evidence of their scheduling and completion of pre-training, assessments, and model bookings to assess eligibility for the guarantee.

• The guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the enrolled student.

• Any disputes regarding eligibility or resolution decisions will be resolved at the discretion of L&BA.

  Eligibility Criteria:

• The student must be enrolled in the "Seriously Invested" level program.

• The student must be enrolled in a cosmetic tattooing course.

• To qualify the student must demonstrate efforts to promote their business through various marketing avenues, including but not limited to social media accounts, posting in local Facebook groups, networking, running facebook and google adds, have a working website in order to create relevant methods to build a clientele. We will provide a full guideline on this once requested.

• The earning goal of $10,000 must not be met within one month after completing the course.

  Resolution Options:

• If the student does not achieve earnings of $10,000 within one month post-course completion, they may opt to continue in the "Serious About Making Money" level program at the applicable monthly fee.

  Continued participation in the program provides access to additional support, such as extra training sessions with trainers, use of the salon facilities for client work and models, mentoring opportunities, and growth strategies.

  Exclusions:

• This guarantee does not cover situations beyond the student's control, such as market fluctuations, economic downturns, personal emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

• It applies solely to students in the specified program and does not extend to other courses or programs offered by the Academy. Students on other program levels have the opportunity to opt into the Serious about making money level at which time they can access this guarantee after 30 days of being on the program.

  Decision:

• The Academy reserves the right to determine eligibility for the guarantee and the terms of continued support.

• Decisions will be made based on the student's documented efforts in building their business and adherence to the program's guidelines

  Additional Terms:

• The student may be required to provide evidence of their marketing efforts, networking activities, and pricing strategies to assess eligibility for the guarantee.

• The guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the enrolled student.

• Any disputes regarding eligibility or resolution decisions will be resolved at the discretion of the Academy.

  Please keep in mind that all courses at Lash & Brow Academy are non-refundable except for in the circumstance stated above and considering all eligibility criteria have been met for the “Make your money back in 1 month” guarantee. It's crucial to note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations, regardless of the reason, including relocation, once you've embarked on this enriching course. Your commitment to completing the program speaks volumes about your dedication to personal and professional growth.

  This policy is designed to encourage a positive mindset, promoting confidence in your decision to join us.

  Opting in to your subscription allows you the flexibility to train how you need. For the durations of your enrolment into one of our membership subscriptions, the rate you signed up on will remain the same (as long as you remain on the same level of support) for the lifetime of your contract with us.

  All programs have a minimum term of 3 months once signing on. After those three months you can cancel at any time in writing with a 30 day notice period to cancel.
